As the Supply Chain Engineer (the Customer) you 'll:

• The Create infinite schedules to your customer on time delivery and maximise efficiencies within production, Monitoring and reporting the schedule adherence
• Be responsible for raising the work orders and managing MRP messages, providing operations with an efficient schedule

• Create the master production plans (0-3 up), optimising machine efficiencies, resource the availability and shift patterns, proposing necessary adjustments in the operational requirements
• Manage all finished goods stocking policies, the inventory levels and engineering change requests
• Take ownership of the product lead times, providing customers with consistency, deliverable lead times

• Be accountable for Supply Chain metrics, the performance, the root cause and countermeasures, inclusive of the Customer OTD (Customer Request and the First Promise);The WIP and Finished goods, Gross and Net Inventory, missile and Non - Moving Stock, RIO Rate, Net Value accuracy and Absolutely quantity accuracy

• Be responsible for the management of the product master data within the ERP system

You 'll likely have:

• Degree qualified or equivalent work experience/qualification

• The Use of common tools to as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
• Experience with, and sound knowledge of manufacturing supply chain, planning and Lean methodology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:

• APIC's certified desirable
• 6 Sigma green belt steeped and/or lean equivalent
